A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful gamification elements and user flows in the AdTech, FinTech or related industry, with an emphasis on real-time data visualization.
Familiarity with motion design and micro interactions to enhance real-time user engagement.
Experience with UI component library development and their design practices.
Ability to quickly adopt A/B testing in the design process.
Required Skillset:
5+ years Experience in designing web and mobile applications.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills, including expertise in typography, color theory, and layout, especially in the context of data representation and analytical dashboards.
Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma.
