Business Analyst

Role Overview:Business Analyst, Cairo, EGP Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported Perform gap analysis of product requirements identifying alternative solutions based on capabilities, customizations, or business process changes Perform requirements and product mapping between multiple systems Identify risks and issues related to business requirements and potential configuration challenges Trace the impacts of business requirements to configuration and system impact / Root Cause Analysis Own tasks and provide thoughtful results with limited guidance Understanding of technical diagrams, system flows, and data requirements documentsSkills & Qualifications:You are rigorous, have a sense of customer service, and have good interpersonal skillsProblem solver with root cause identification skillsActive listening skills and strong influencing skillsProfessional and positive approachSelf-motivated & self-sufficient, but also a team playerAssertive, adaptable, and creativity
