Job Description
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for creating his team's sales plan to achieve the sales target;
Responsible for evaluating his sales team;
Responsible for monitoring the performance indicators of his team.
Responsible for the technical follow-up of his sales team during the sales stages (calls, transfer rates, visits, reservations, contracts - promoting sales with existing customers) and assisting in closing deals with sales (sales team);
Responsible for managing, following up, and submitting detailed reports on visits and sales out from other branches and following up them with the Sales Operation Manager on a daily basis;
Responsible for participating in the selection of his sales team members (initial interview with human resources, interview with sales manager, last interview with Sales Director);
Responsible for submitting periodic reports to top management on the performance of his sales team and sales target.
Responsible for reviewing all documents related to contracts and ensuring that they are uploaded to the system upon completion of the contract;
Responsible for following up with sales director on the daily plans of each member of his sales team;
Responsible for managing and distributing new and old leads to colleagues in the sales team;
Considering the suggestions made by the sales department team, taking them and submitting them to the top management.
Experience

–MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM System.
