Your Responsibilities Will Be
Conduct process simulations using software like Aspen Plus, ProMax, or HYSYS to model and optimize oil & gas and/or water treatment
Develop and maintain process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other engineering documents.
Perform hydraulic and heat balance calculations to ensure equipment sizing and process operability.
Experience of PSV, control valve sizing, equipment sizing, good understanding of pumps, instruments etc
Provide technical support to operations teams during troubleshooting, commissioning, and debottlenecking
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Stay current with evolving industry standards and regulations for oil & gas and/or water
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, procurement, operations) to ensure project success.
Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent understanding of mass and heat transfer and fluid
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical
Knowledge of all International Standards like Shell DP, API, ASME
Excellent communication and interpersonal
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemical
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil & gas and/or water treatment
Strong proficiency in process simulation software like Aspen Plus, ProMax, or
