As a UI Technical Designer, you’ll use your visual design and technical system skills to collaborate cross-functionally and work quickly to high standards for quality and consistency ????We say hocus, you say pocus, and the teleport to our Design team gets open! Are you ready to jump in? ????What You’ll Be DoingCreating patterns, UI components, tools, and documentation that empower Revolut's strategic design visionCollaborating with designers, creatives, and engineers across all of our product surfacesFilling in the gaps between team responsibilities, working on product patterns, and sharing knowledge between teams with documentation and processesHelping teams to work on and deliver UI componentsInfluencing the visual UI language across Revolut product family, designing solutions which affect the entire platformNoticing long-term trends and implementing them across the design systemHelping teams conceptualise their long-term ideasWhat You'll Need2+ years of experience working directly with design systemsHands-on experience contributing to design systems libraries for enterprise productsExcellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skillsKnowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including web, iOS, and AndroidAwareness of inclusive design principles and best practicesAdvanced knowledge of Figma’s design tool (auto-layouts, variants, constraints, etc.)Experience contributing to mature design systems, including component design and documentationThe ability to work with front-end engineering teams for web, mobile, and back-office user interfacesGreat visual UI skillsNice to haveExperience overseeing UI direction in a product family Experience in front-end/full-stack development (mobile, web, Figma plugins)Creative thinking skills to come up with ideas quicklyBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
