Role Overview: As the HR Director at Cequens, you will lead our HR function with strategic vision and operational excellence. Your role is pivotal in shaping the employee experience, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE, KSA, and Egypt. You will spearhead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a holistic approach to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Egypt, the UAE, and KSA, mitigating risks and implementing best practices to protect the interests of the company and its employees.
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts in HR processes, policies, and systems, seeking opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to drive business success.
