Your responsibilities will encompass the design, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive training programs for housekeeping colleagues, elevating their skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with departmental leaders to identify training needs, optimize procedures, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately contributing to the impeccable reputation of Atlantis The Royal.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute training strategies and programs tailored to meet the specific needs of the housekeeping team. Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and skill-building activities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of housekeeping operations. Regularly assess the performance and proficiency of housekeeping staff, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted coaching. Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational objectives and industry-leading practices. Act as a mentor and resource for housekeeping team members, fostering a supportive and inspiring learning environment.About You Proven experience in a training or leadership role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping operations. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a passion for developing and motivating individuals. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping best practices, cleaning techniques, and safety standards, coupled with an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and innovations. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training programs, utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
