Strong knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical systems, HVAC, and General repair techniques. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Monitor, Operate and Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs. Execution of preventative maintenance plan and the works order control system. Remain ready to assist engineering colleagues in their daily duties. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and electrical work. Ensure that all systems (heating, cooling, plumbing, etc.) are functioning efficiently. Address and fix any issues promptly, including repairing appliances, fixing leaks, and patching walls. Coordinate with contractors for more extensive repairs when necessary. Troubleshoot and repair or replace faulty appliances. Be available for emergency repairs and respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues. Ensure 24/7 availability for critical situations. Provide regular updates on the condition of the property.
