Assist in the development of SANS’ overall strategy which includes SANS’ vision, mission, values, strategic objectives and goals Assist in defining strategic initiatives to facilitate the implementation of the overall strategic plan Communicate SANS’ strategy and its initiatives to all departments and proactively liaise between departments to ensure alignment of all SANS operations with the overall strategy Monitor departments’ implementation of strategic initiatives and report findings accordingly Assist in gathering the necessary data to conduct specific assessments activities related to strategic planning using tools such as SWOT analysis, PESTLE, stakeholder analysis, etc. Develop progress reports concerning the implementation of SANS’ strategy, objectives, goals and initiatives Maintain the strategic planning framework (process, templates, formats, timetables, etc.) for SANS Assist in developing the required reports on strategy implementation plan
