This is your invitation to rise above the possible.Job posting end date: 03/15/2024Short Description of the Position: Metso Saudi Arabia is looking for Maintenance Reliability Superintendent to join our Saudi project team for 2 years subject for extension, with long’ experience in Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, life and repair data analysis, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, RCM Analysis, RCA Analysis, FMEA, RCA and RAMS Analysis, Life-Cycle Cost analysis, Cost Risk Optimization and strong knowledge in the planning, execution, and control of maintenance projects for physical assets of industrial installations and experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams, focused on safety, environment and achievement of objectives, developing and coaching national teams in projects related to the implementation of the Maintenance Management System and reliability equipment analysisWhat You Will DoLeading RCA, PHA, RA and ability to establish PM schedules /procedures /SWIs/inspection reports.Develop and execute tailored reliability strategies for gold mining, resulting in improved equipment uptime and in area vibration analysis, Lubrications and analysis, diagnosis of various rotating equipments ...etcCollaborate closely with client maintenance and reliability teams, offering strategic guidance and actionable recommendations for enhanced maintenance processes.Monitor and analyze critical mining asset performance, implementing strategies to maximize reliability and productivity.Follow up asset performance KPIs like OEE , availability ,utilization ,MTBF.Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives by integrating industry best practices and innovative technologies, leading to substantial gains in maintenance reliability.Conduct training sessions and provided mentorship to client maintenance teams, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous learning.Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members.Who You Are :Minimum bachelor level degree in Mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable experienceExperience in maintenance practices for industrial process equipment’s.Good interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to communicate regularly with internal and external customersExperience in using project management toolsManaging customer relationship and customer satisfaction service businessReliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance planning and scheduling and Statistical process controlFailure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Reliability and Availability modelling and predictionFault tree analysis, Weibull analysis, Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCC) and RAM analysis (Reliability, Availability and Maintenance)Reliability Root cause analysis (RCA), Failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system (FRACAS) & Condition-based maintenance (CBM).Equipment Reliability Analysis, Maintenance planning and scheduling and Development optimization of maintenance strategiesEquipment maintainability analysis and Asset Life Cycle Cost Analysis How to join - Working at Metso - About Metso - Diversity and Inclusion - Meet our peopleMetso is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce culture.
