Job Overview:

As a Mid-Level Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing Customer Experience business processes and designing solutions using Business Process Analysis Tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, and product managers, to create scalable, high-quality, and user-friendly web solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyze CEX managed services business processes and identify areas for improvement using Business Process Analysis Tools.

-Design and develop comprehensive business process architectures and technical designs.

-Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

-Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

-Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of business process solutions.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

·Experience in business process analysis.
