Telesales Agent

We are hiring ????????Full Time & Part-Time Tele Sales Agent. The role’s responsibilities include:Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to generate interest and close sales.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to help shape sales strategies.Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services and stay informed about industry trends and developments.QualificationsFluent English required. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls More than 6 months experience in tele sales is a plus. Students, Gap years, and fresh grads are welcome to apply.Working Days / Hours:Full time: 8.15 hours shift from  from Monday to Saturday (12:45 PM: 09:00 PM) Part time: 4.15 Hours Shift from Monday to Saturday (01:15 PM: 05:30 PM) as a day shift and (5.45 PM: 10 PM) as an evening shift Location: 7 Wahran street, Tayaran street, Nasr city.Benefits:Amazing sales training including all soft skills.Great opportunity for promotions as we are expanding all the time.Full-time Basic salary starting from 8000 EGP + KPI's.Part-time Basic salary starting from 4000 EGP + KPI's.    Uncapped bonus structure where you can earn +10K EGP monthly.
