About The Role
As a Conference Manager at RX, you’ll research, design and lead the conference strategy and deliver working with teams across a matrix organization.
You'll work alongside a talented and dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
To conduct in-depth research to develop cutting-edge conference strategies via telephone, face-to-face, partners and stakeholders
To align conference strategies with event leadership strategy
To understand target audiences and event personas to ensure content delivers the correct audiences required
To build world-class conference themes and programmes that deliver meaningful and valuable event experiences for participants
To invite, secure and manage speaker acquisition from high-profile and innovative entities
To project manage the conference execution, remaining accountable for a production timeline delivery onsite
