Prompt Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Prompt Design and Development: Craft and iterate on prompts that effectively communicate with generative AI models to fulfill specific business needs, such as customer service automation, personalized financial advice, content creation, fraud detection, and risk assessment.Model Training and Evaluation: Work closely with data scientists to refine AI models based on feedback from prompt testing, ensuring high accuracy, relevance, and compliance with regulatory standards.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the bank, including IT, customer service, marketing, compliance, and risk management, to identify opportunities for generative AI application and ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.Ethical AI Use and Compliance: Ensure that all generative AI initiatives adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and banking regulations, conducting regular audits and adjustments to maintain compliance.Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in generative AI and prompt engineering techniques, exploring new tools and methods to enhance the bank's digital capabilities.Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for prompt engineering processes and provide training to team members on best practices and tool utilization.Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to evaluate the performance and impact of generative AI applications, using insights to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, or a related field.Proven experience in prompt engineering, AI model training, or a related role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, machine learning models, and natural language processing (NLP).Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and banking regulations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Desired Skills:Experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google AI, etc.).Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI and data analysis (e.g., Python, R).Creative thinking and innovation in applying AI solutions to business challenges.Strong project management and organizational skills.
