The prime focus is on developing business opportunities with senior executives at the largest private and public organisations in the Kingdom. You will be offering them opportunities to advance their strategic objectives by offering intercultural communication and language training programs. Key ResponsibilitiesBe a trusted advisor to clients gaining good understanding of needs to identify where we can add value.Identify client L&D needs suggesting solutions and calling in experts as needed, joining up all activities we undertakeOwn end-to-end B2B sales process from pipeline to close, ensuring quality of interactions and solutions to achieve sales targets and meeting client needs.Invest in long term relationships and network to raise brand awareness, identify opportunities and feed insights to internal teams. Forecast and track KPIs and adjust tactics to achieve sales targets providing regular analysis and feedback to leadershipCollaborate closely with internal resources to deliver operational excellenceBuild lasting, consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision makers in key client accounts and represent Hult EF both internally and externally Discover and share insights from prospect conversations to product, sales and marketing teamsThe Skills & Experience We Look For5+ years successful B2B end-to-end consultative selling. Excellent business acumen skilled at powerful needs analysis, creating compelling value propositions and closing the deal.A people person who builds relationships and becomes a trusted advisor.Personal network at senior HR level is preferable. Passion for quality, creating business impact and change through learningMotivation, ambition and drive that results in exceeding targets while preferring to acknowledge the success of the teamThrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, international environment requiring high activityPossess a positive, solution-focused, and creative mindset – nothing is impossible!A university degree or equivalentBased in Riyadh, KSA.Fluent in Arabic, English B2 or above is a must.
