Responsibilities
Contribute to TSI strategic planning by providing insights into quality enhancement and program development.
Determining Key Performance Indicators for all TSI sections.
Report and follow up on TSI quality KPI’s.
Support defined improvement projects.
Preparing, presenting and keeping documents and specialized reports.
Research and analysis of relevant criteria, data and metrics that support continuous improvement in initiatives.
Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements accreditation.
Spreading culture of quality.
Implement related tasks required by TSI
Contribute to TSI strategic planning by providing insights into quality enhancement and program development.

Bachelor Degree In a relevant subject.
Professional qualification in quality assurance (QA) and organizational excelence.
Professional qualification in strategic planning is preferable.
Certified KPI professional.
At least 2 years professional experience in quality.
Good interpersonal skills, dynamic team player and structural thinking.
Practical experience in MS Office.
Bachelor Degree In a relevant subject.
Professional qualification in quality assurance (QA) and organizational excelence.
Professional qualification in strategic planning is preferable.
Certified KPI professional.
At least 2 years professional experience in quality.
