Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing relationships and capitalizing on sales opportunities with key clients. This role involves identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s products and services.


Business Development

  • Conversion rate of potential clients into actual customers.

Sales Planning and forecasting

Policies, Systems and Procedures


  • Compliance with procedural and legislative requirements.
  • Effective communication of policies and procedures.
  • Compliance to Information Security framework.

Quality Management and Continuous Improvement


  • Frequency of non-compliance with set standards
  • Number and quality of improvements implemented

MIS and Reports


  • Timely and accurate preparation of required reports
