Job Description

As a Junior Sales Executive at Nuvocotto, your primary responsibility is to engage with architects and designers, introduce our Nuvocotto Products, and build lasting relationships. Your role involves reaching the maximum number of potential clients in the shortest time possible, providing high-quality leads to our senior sales staff, and working in a system-driven environment where the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is mandatory. We prioritize freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and have the motivation to succeed. A UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Engagement:


- Identify and research potential clients, with a focus on architects and designers who value sustainable creativity.


- Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.


- Introduce our Nuvocotto, Terracotta Products, emphasizing their sustainability and creative potential.


- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase unique features and benefits.


2. Lead Generation:


- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.


- Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and project timelines.


- Shortlist and provide quality leads to senior sales staff for further nurturing.


3. Relationship Building:


- Cultivate strong relationships with architects, designers, and other industry decision-makers.


- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions that align with sustainable design goals.


- Deliver excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.


4. Sales Target Achievement:


- Work towards achieving or surpassing sales targets set by the Sales Manager.


- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients and sales activities.


- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and optimize sales strategies.


5. System-Driven Environment:


- Work effectively in a system-driven environment where the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is mandatory.
