Job Description & PurposeTo assist patients in rehabilitating physical problems caused by illness, injury, disability or aging, through different methods and treatments taking into consideration all medical protocols and perform medical services with the highest standards of care in line with DHA standards.Planning treatments, reviewing recovery, and conducting therapeutic exercises with patients To generate and achieve monthly set financial targets.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesTo assess, diagnose and set efficient treatment plans with short-term or long-term goals.To carryout out initial consultations with all clients prior to their sessions to provide safe and most beneficial treatments and advise further programs.To design and formulate treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients To organize physical exercise sessions according to the clients special needs.The ability to maintain proper documentation for each client with continuous analysis of their records and statistics. To educate patients on different exercises, movement, and healthy lifestyle techniques.To generate and achieve monthly set financial targets for Eden Wellness & Physiotherapy retails and services by advising and promoting retail products or upsell add-on services.The ability to apply best practices and be up to date with industry trends. The ability to ensure all equipment are kept in perfect working condition and report any deficiencies to the Head of Eden Wellness & Physiotherapy.To conduct regular inventory of all products and supplies necessary to perform treatments and inform Head of Eden Wellness & Physiotherapy on order required.To uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.To participate and attend all training sessions and staff meetings The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in PhysiotherapyMinimum 2.5 - 5 years of experience in UAE (Physical therapy, Aqua therapy and Therapeutical massage)DHA licensed Physiotherapist.BLS by AHAIn-depth knowledge of manual therapy, Electrotherapy/Shock Wave, soft tissue techniques, taping, and mobilization techniques.Additional DetailsWorking 6 days a week8 hours daily + 1 one-hour breakAnnual leave: 26 days
