Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for analysing raw data and designing CPM reports, The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Job Responsibility Design frontend solutions and approach for corporate reporting purposes Design Corporate Performance reporting sketch, Visualization and dashboards. Design different reports that shall suit different stakeholders Design executive committee report for BoD purposes Design ad hoc reports requested by the BoD or GCEO Analyze large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions Validate corporate performance scenarios to predict future results Identify and implement AI methodologies that shall help identify performance insights Design financial reports Design different types of reports (pixol reports, maual, navigated reports, interactive report) that can serve different purposes. Ensure availability of corporate performance results data base and maintain it with related IT and analytics depts. Use state of the art tools to present analyzed data in different descriptive forms. Use data science and statistical techniques to generate insights and reports related to performance. Use analytical models for Corporate performance of stc Group units to support in identifying areas of improvements and insights for top management. Summarize data using different statistical techniques Summarize data using qualitative techniques Design and Use suitable charts to present data summary Validate corporate performance scenarios to predict future results Identify insights and patterns related to corporate performance measures through utilization of AI methodologies Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics from variety of sources and prepare insights that will help in better decision making at corporate level. Conduct performance benchmarking for related KPIs in order to understand how stc Group is performing against competitors/peers within the industry. Oversee and maintain the Group corporate performance management system that collects data, calculates KPIs and reflects scorecards performance progress and target results. Submit BOD reports on timely bases Define data architecture for corporate performance purposes Lead data mining exercise to extract usable data for performance analytics Support data governance and data integrity of Corporate Performance to ensure adequate data usageJob Responsibility (Cont.)Years Of Experience7-10 yearsNature Of Experience Prior experience in a large telecom provider preferably in corporate performance and analytics in telecommunication industryJob BandSkillsEducationBachelor Degree in Business AdministrationMasters Degree in Business AdministrationAdditional EducationCertifications Relevant certifications in Program Management (PMP)
