We believe in fostering growth, independence, and well-being for our young clients.Position: Pediatric Occupational TherapistResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and evaluations of children and adolescents referred for occupational therapy services.Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.Create a safe and supportive environment for young patients.Assist in enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.Valid DOH license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.Passion for working with pediatric and adolescent populations.Knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate interventions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
