Technical Business Analyst

OverviewThe Technical Business Analyst is experienced and skilled at analyzing, interpreting, and documenting business requirements, business problems, capturing and documenting solutions, and facilitating the implementation of these solutions by supporting the Technical Delivery teams & testing teams.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with our technical and business teams to understand our business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsResearch and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutionsResponsible for working with development teams to ensure that products requirements are detailed and documented in discussion with Product ManagersWork with the project managers/scrum masters to develop project scope, Sprint backlog and timelinesAnalyze, interpret, and document product requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional system architecture documentsCreate user documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities, and use casesDocument Data designs, data flow designs, integration flow designs including API Request/Response payloads with an ability to document, understand and interpret swagger filesParticipate in functional design and testing activities, review design, and participate in system implementationsDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and proceduresIdentify, analyze, and document user interface requirements, navigation flows, UI & CTA elementsTrain users on system processes and applicationSupport RCA and identification of system-specific issues through research and analysisDevelop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build, and test plans in co-ordination with Scrum Master/Project ManagerWork with business stakeholders and IT to implement ongoing changesQualifications:3+ years work experience in a similar role of a technical business analyst or a technical developer/tester with good communication and documentation skillsExposure and experience in at least two of the following domains: crypto trading technologies (spot, convert, futures), market making, liquidity provision, Position management, Execution management, Order management, SOR, web sockets, Workflow, FIX, Risk management, Trading Controls, Analytics and reporting, Market and Reference Data.Exposure to market regulations, High performance messaging infrastructures and the related systemsStrong verbal and written communications. Strong data gathering and analysis skillsDetail orientedStrong ability to build and maintain working relationships with the Product and development teamsProven ability to research, troubleshoot and identify solutions complex business requirements especially in banking/payments/crypto space
