Small businesses can now send salaries, reimbursements and instantly pay their suppliers on any mobile wallet in Egypt.Overview of the roleAs an Associate Product Manager at Axis, you will play a critical role in assisting with the development and management of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product strategy and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in product management to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.What you'll be doingAssist in executing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into product features and enhancements.Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog, including defining PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.Support product launches and go-to-market strategies, including developing product messaging, positioning, and sales collateral.Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and decision-making.Who we are looking for:Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.1 to 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a Fintech, technology or software company.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.Payments knowledge is a huge plus.Environment:We’re looking for missionaries who share the same values and find inspiration in the our missionWe prioritize outcomes over outputs; data and facts over opinions; live interactions with users over assumptions.This role reports to the Head of Products.Perks of working @ AxisHybrid working conditions.Medical Insurance for You and your family.Life Insurance.Greek Campus gym subscription.Marriage leave policy.Very competitive leave policy including extended Maternity and Paternity leaves.
