Job Description
As a Project Coordinator with our multinational partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Project Managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather project updates and provide regular reports
- Organizing project meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and change logs
- Supporting the resolution of project issues and ensuring appropriate escalation of problems
- Assisting in the preparation of project presentations and status reports for stakeholders
As our ideal candidate, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. You should also be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a project coordination role or similar capacity is preferred.
