Alfa Medical GroupJob PurposeDevelop unique and original content that effectively communicates AMG brand strategy and marketing objectivesAccountabilitiesunderstand target segments and personas to develop content that resonates with our audience.Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into engaging and original content to aligns with our company's vision.Interpret creative direction and scientific/technical information to create interesting and accessible content.Develop the main content themes and adapt them according to the requirements of various social media and digital channels.Collaborate with business units and marketing department to create content for different marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns.Work closely with the medical team to develop blogs and articles that specifically target scientific communities, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Take ownership of all social media platforms' content to ensure that the company's voice is consistently reflected in a proper and compelling manner.Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content across all platforms.Communication and working relationshipsDaily verbal/ written/ phone communication with the Marketing Director and MARCOM Manager.Close internal communication with medical teams.External communication with agencies.Job latitude / decision making authorityWorks with Marketing Director and MARCOM manager.Works within defined policies procedures and work processesKnowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.3- 5 years of experience in medical copy writing.Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels.Experience with SEO concepts and medical social media marketing.Excellent analytical skills.Exceptional writing and editorial skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.CompetenciesAdaptabilityCustomer CentricityQuality Orientation
