Job Description

This pushed us to explore the area of online streaming & communication back in 2010 which now has become a norm for any online activity.Later, incepted a technical service agency & learned our craft working over multiple problem statements for our client in the last 10 year. This division now works with very selected projects & clients.The Journey continued since then & we picked more subjects & industries with the aim to take interesting digital initiatives to solve business problems.The RoleYou Will Be Responsible ForDeveloping and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 3 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Events / Conferences and IT Services industry.You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of Events Sales and Virtual EventsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.What's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceWork alongside & learn from best in class talentJoin a market leader within Events / Conferences
