We are currently seeking a Finance & Billing Specialist with a knack for building innovative sheets, tracking payments, managing invoices, overseeing accounts payables and receivables, and handling comprehensive reporting.If you're detail-oriented, love working with numbers, and thrive in a remote environment, this role is perfect for you!Position: Finance & Billing SpecialistWork Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Fully RemoteResponsibilities:Billing and Invoicing:Oversee billing and invoicing processes with precision and attention to detail. Track payments (AP & AR). Timely initiation of client invoicing. Proactive follow-up on outstanding payments. Efficient resolution of billing inquiries, ensuring smooth client payments. Address and resolve any client inquiries or discrepancies related to billing. HR Support:Assist with HR tasks, including payroll processing, employee and contractor onboarding, and offboarding. Reporting:Utilize advanced features of Google Sheets for data analysis, calculations, reporting, and creating insightful visualizations. Develop and maintain sophisticated spreadsheets to streamline various processes and admin procedures. Generate comprehensive reports on sales, payments, and financial metrics. Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making. You love working with a team!Qualifications:Proven expertise in Google Sheets, with a deep understanding of formulas, functions, and data manipulationMin. 1 year working remotePrevious experience in billing, invoicing, HR tasks, and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Stripe / Bill.com /QBO is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
