Job Description

As a Social Media Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all social media content across various platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging written content, moderating user interactions, and ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute content plans that effectively engage and grow our audience.

Key Duties:


  • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across platforms.
  • Create compelling written content for social media posts, including captions, tweets, and status updates, tailored to each platform's audience and objectives.
  • Moderate user-generated content and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and relevant discussions to capitalize on opportunities for engagement and conversation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media content creation and moderation.
  • Manage social media content calendars, scheduling tools, and content management systems to streamline workflows and ensure timely publication.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in social media algorithms, policies, and features to adapt strategies accordingly and maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community moderation.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to craft engaging and persuasive written content tailored to various social media platforms and audience demographics.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including content promotion and boosted posts, is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
