Job Description

Summary Of The Job Responsible for supervising all financial operations, planning, and compliance matters specific to the Saudi Arabian market. This role requires a deep understanding of local financial regulations, coupled with strong leadership skills to drive business performance, and support organization's growth objectives. This role will play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth in the KSA market. Duties & Responsibilities: Business Partnering Serve as the key financial partner for local management teams, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business growth initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive financial performance and operational excellence in KSA. Partner with Commercial Team to provide proactive and innovative solutions to achieve mutually agreeable business objectives, support market share improvement / new product launches. Continuous improvement in the way of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the team and processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including auditors, regulatory authorities, and business partners. Planning & Forecasting: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market dynamics. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for KSA market, ensuring alignment with company goals. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends. Responsible for accurate and complete forecasting and submission of business Plans. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Coordinate the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. Ensure adherence to local regulations and compliance with KSA regulatory requirements and tax laws. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Liaise with the Regional Compliance Teams to ensure implementation of all policies and procedures. Preparation and analysis of management reporting to drive the right business decisions with primary focus on revenue and pricing. Technology: Understand interdependencies among financial systems and ensure correctness and consistency of data Be the driver to facilitate implementation and adoption of new systems in KSA region. Projects: Provide financial inputs in various projects as required. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor the finance professionals and the organization, encouraging a culture of dedication, accountability, and continuous learning. Provide mentorship and support to team members in performing their responsibilities effectively and developing their skills and proficiencies. Champion collaboration and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes collaboration and mutual respect. Experience Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. Technical/Functional Skills Required Consistent track record of successfully partnering with commercial leaders to drive business performance Significant experience (10 years) in finance leadership roles, with a track record of success in multinational companies, preferably in the Middle East region. In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, taxation, and business practices is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to drive business decisions. Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to optimally engage and influence partners at all levels of the organization. Confirmed leadership abilities, including experience leading teams and developing talent. Strategic mentality with a focus on getting results and delivering value to the organization. Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and dedication to compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
