Today, MEST dedicates all of its efforts to delivering the highest quality standards of IT Services.The RoleYou Will Be Responsible ForDeveloping and implementing sourcing strategies together with cross-functional teams across the organisation.Analysing categories of spend to determine potential opportunities regarding cost optimisation.Management of existing supplier relationships and contracts and renegotiation of supplier contracts where required.Actively searching for alternative sources and solutions of supply.Determining best-in-class processes in order to drive lower cost while improving service levels.Working closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure continuity of supply.Ideal ProfileProven work 3-5 years of experience as an E-commerce Purchasing Officer, Purchasing online Agent or similar role Have strong awareness of the online IT Market Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) Hands-on experience with purchasing Hardware Understanding of supply chain proceduresSolid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysesNegotiation skillsBSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant fieldWhat's on Offer?Leadership RoleOpportunity to make a positive impactOpportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance
