Backed by in-house R&D and a global distribution network, they are committed to helping customers improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life.Role OverviewA global manufacturer of premium specialty lubricants is seeking a Sales Executive to support its commercial growth across the Middle East. The role is focused on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving sales—particularly within the oil & gas, chemical, and industrial distribution sectors.This is a commercially focused role, ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for building client relationships. While technical knowledge is an advantage, it is not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across target industriesManage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessExecute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targetsConduct client meetings, presentations, and product discussionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer supportMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systemsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tacticsRepresent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry eventsEssential Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in sales within oil & gas, lubricants, chemicals, or related distribution sectorsStrong commercial acumen and a proven ability to close dealsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to business developmentDesirable AttributesExposure to specialty lubricants or industrial chemicals is a plusFamiliarity with regional markets in the GCCDegree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essentialCore CompetenciesStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWillingness to travel within the region as required
