ISD Manager

Job Description

Ensures the protection and security of all ARM assets (people property information) at ARM.
Anticipates, evaluates and takes needed action regarding the evolution of threat to ARM assets.
Selects, trains and supports all security men to ensure the highest level of professionalism of security men.
Envision the best possible security for ARM in terms of equipment, procedures, and deployment of security men as per the HCIS requirements.
Manages the security function through the formulation and implementation of the security plan in compliance with ARM security policy and procedures.
Consolidates logistic requirements for the Industrial Security section and assists with the annual security budget according to the anticipation of threats.
Maintains all relevant security related statistics for ARM.
Serves as the focal point for security performance measurement and KPI reporting for the ISD at ARM.
Provides personnel administrative support.
Liaisons with the relevant Government agencies to ensure the security of ARM facilities.
Ensures all security, systems & Equipment’s such as (Radio system, Access System and CCTV, Metal Detectors, Road Blockers) are operational, functioned & maintained as required.
Performs actual tests as per HCIS requirements to assess the functioning of all the security equipment in the field and close gaps.


Conducts randomly surprised drill after the working hours to check and evaluate the security readiness.
Coordinates with all departments’ managers to determine the requirements related to provided security services.
Assures readiness and effectiveness of the security emergency response programs availability for required personnel during emergency and provide timely direction and expertise.
Works with the Company Project team by involving and studding activates related to Security.
Ensures the continuity, serviceability and maintenance of all security systems and barriers.
Advises the Sr.

EHSS Manager on facility security and all matters affecting the integrity of assets.
Initiates a Security Risk Assessments (SRA) exercise when existing processes have changed, when new processes
