A recruiter is seeking an EMIRATI Lawyer – Legal AdvisorRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters.Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations with other parties.Conduct legal research to support clients’ cases and provide informed advice.Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients’ interests.Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal matters.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior legal staff and interns.Prepare and present legal arguments and strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts to provide comprehensive legal solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.Licensed to practice law in the UAE with relevant certifications and qualifications.At least 2 years of experience working as a Lawyer or Legal Advisor in the UAE.Preferably Emirati nationality with a deep understanding of local laws and customs.Fluency in Arabic and English languages for effective communication with clients and colleagues.#OTHER#OTHER
