One of your key job responsibilities will be to respond to maintenance requests in all guest rooms, public areas, front and heart of the house and to keep the hotel in top condition. You will be responsible for patching and repairing sheetrock, paint and vinyl wall covering. Other responsibilities will include water remediation, ceiling repair, some marble restoration and floor tile repair. Must have experience with sheetrock, spray painting, furniture painting and polishing and vinyl wall covering.
