We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security of our organization by managing and implementing our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Microsoft software.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and maintain DLP Microsoft software to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration.
• Develop and execute DLP policies and procedures to meet organizational security requirements.
• Monitor DLP alerts and conduct investigations for potential data breaches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to DLP.
• Provide technical support to users regarding DLP policies and procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest DLP best practices and technologies.
• Document DLP configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on security initiatives.
