Tasks and Responsibilities

• Configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Archer GRC platform to align with the organization's cybersecurity policies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation on Archer GRC configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Providing first-line support to internal users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Archer GRC and other integrated cybersecurity systems.
• Escalating complex issues to designated teams when necessary.
• Identifying and implementing improvements within the Archer GRC environment to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the organization's security posture.
• Contributing to the investigation and resolution of cybersecurity incidents, leveraging Archer GRC for analysis and reporting.
• Developing and delivering training sessions to educate users on Archer GRC functionalities and best practices.
