All our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Join us and Make an Impact.Role ObjectiveAs a Channel Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives for Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE). HCE is the software division of Honeywell with a strategic focus on digitization, sustainability, and OT Cybersecurity SaaS offerings and solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership.You will report directly to our VP GM – Honeywell Connected Enterprise (MEAI region) on an interim basis and thereafter into the Sales Director, Connected Buildings and you’ll work out of our UAE location on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, your impact on the company will be significant. By effectively leading and managing a team of sales representatives, you will drive revenue growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen its market position. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with other Honeywell business groups (such as Building Automation) in developing value propositions, processing quotes, turning over leads and expediting requests as needed; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.We ValueBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.Passion for sales and achieving results.Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales performance improvement.Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.Continuous learning and adaptability.You Must HaveMinimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.We Offer Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, Mental HealthPaid Vacation401k Plan/Retirement Benefits (as per regional policy)Career GrowthProfessional DevelopmentIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
