Job Description

Objective:


  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with a product or service, help customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value they receive from the product or service

What you'll do!


  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements
  • Engaging with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion, and provide recommendations to drive customer success
  • Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Training new customers to ensure that they have a smooth and successful implementation of the product or service
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and support, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitoring customer usage and adoption of the product or service, and taking proactive measures to increase engagement and retention
  • Identifying and mitigating customer risks and challenges, and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Providing product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to customers as needed


Requirements

What you should have!


  • Preferred Bachelor of Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Proficiency in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving customer success
  • Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency with customer success platforms and tools is a plus
