Our client is a rapidly growing software company that provides transportation management solutions for the construction industry, and they’re seeking a Content Marketing Specialist with a talent for crafting engaging narratives and a strategic approach to B2B social media engagement.This role involves not only content creation but also leveraging analytics and social media automation tools to optimize outreach and interaction. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand's digital footprint, driving engagement through compelling blog posts, social media marketing, and innovative content ideas that resonate with their professional audience.Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific TimeKey Responsibilities:Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts and update the community with the latest product news. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a compelling social media marketing strategy across platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring our client’s brand stands out. Audience Engagement: Craft social media posts that captivate a B2B audience, fostering brand recognition and engagement. Posting Cadence and Automation: Manage the scheduling and automation of social media posts to maintain a consistent online presence. Social Media Tools Proficiency: Expertise in leveraging social media automation tools (e.g., Publer, Hootsuite) to maintain an active and engaging online presence. Data-Driven Strategy Development: Utilize data and insights from social media and content performance analytics to refine and adapt strategies for maximum engagement and effectiveness. Copywriting: Utilize copywriting skills to craft compelling blogs and One Pagers, all articulated in the brand's unique voice, to further enhance our client's market position and brand recognition. What Success Looks Like:Brand Visibility: Elevating the brand's presence and engagement across all digital channels. Engagement Growth: Successfully increasing audience interaction and engagement through compelling content and strategic social media practices. Content Impact: Producing high-quality, impactful content that resonates with the target B2B audience and drives brand loyalty. Qualifications:3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B. Demonstrated ability to write compelling content and engage a professional audience. Proficiency in social media marketing across various platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt content strategies as needed.
