About the job AR Accountant SF
Job Purpose:
Responsible for identifying, analyzing & fulfilling cash requirements along with ensuring efficient management of the companys cash flows & account receivables.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- ollections tasks
- Update the agency through mail with the received inward remittance at CIB Bank in a timeless and accurate manner.
- Account Statement
- Prepare statement of account and delivering to customer on time, with supporting all disputed invoices.
- follow up internally and externally to finalize the balance confirmation Receive payments from clients.
- Submit daily Outward Customers Aging reports and outstanding liner report.
- Maintain an organized Archiving & retrieving documents records & sheets.
- Organize reports & documents while Archiving & retrieving documents (filing, photo-coping& scanning)
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 Years of recent experience with Accounts Receivable and other functions.
- 1 year experience in Shipping field is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in commerce.
- Additional certification in CMA.
- Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Very familiar with Accounting ERPs.
- Excellent command of English written & spoken.
Technical Skills:
- Accounting Standards.
- Understanding of accounting ERPs.
- Understanding of VAT, WHT reports.
- Finance Record Keeping .
- Financial Reporting.
