Senior Software Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee the product management team, setting strategic direction and priorities.Liaise with senior stakeholders across departments to align product strategies with company objectives.Mentor and support Product Managers in their projects, ensuring best practices in product lifecycle management.Drive the innovation, development, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.Desired Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within product management and 5 years of experience as a product manager.Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent within a product management team.Experience in strategic planning and execution at a product portfolio level.Market and Customer Insight: Proficiency in market research, customer feedback analysis, and user experience understanding to ensure the product meets and anticipates customer needs.Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment in which the product operates, including understanding of business models, financials, and how the product contributes to the organization's success.Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive product decisions and execution, ensuring alignment with the product's vision and goals.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions, assess product performance, and adjust strategies as needed.Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate the product vision, strategy, and value proposition to stakeholders, teams, and customers.Proven experience in software product management, with a track record of successful product launches and iterations.Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
