Job Description
As a Sr IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing enterprise-level assistance to our users. You will diagnose and analyze infrastructure problems and updates. Will be responsible for asset management & maintenance. Security ownership on all levels and create security reports.
● Ensure coordination and management of IT Help Desk and the timely resolution of requests according to SLAs.
● Have a deep understanding of Dubizzle Egypt IT applications and core infrastructure.
● Provide Support for all IT related matters.
● Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
● Diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
● Work and provide mentorship to the entry levels in the team.
● Extract security reports and log all vulnerabilities.
● Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
● Full ownership to Dubizzle assets and track its life cycle and maintenance.
● Use ITSM software, email and chat applications to give users quick answers to simple IT issues.
● Ensure all issues are properly logged and documented.
● Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
● Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
