Derivatives Sales Manager

The Derivatives Sales Manager will be responsible for Derivative sales to the bank’s customers and manage business performance, profitability, new product development, launching new to bank products, customer acquisition, management and retention of customers in line with the internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and work closely with the Department Head – Treasury Sales to achieve the department’s objectives. Ensure achievement of set targets / objectives, business growth and expansion of the Treasury Sales function. Supervise and provide guidance to Senior Sales Officers in efficient execution of their day-to-day tasks.
