In this pivotal role, you will contribute to operational excellence, offering subject matter expertise and strategic financial guidance for our corporate entities.As the Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in various financial aspects, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, drafting annual financial statements, overseeing supplier payments, managing secretarial services for tax and regulatory compliance, conducting reconciliations, addressing ad hoc financial requirements, and collaborating on automation initiatives.What You’ll Be DoingPreparation of monthly management accountsDrafting annual financial statementsAssisting the Finance Manager in the external audit management processOversight of all supplier paymentsAssisting the Finance Manager in cash flow management Management of secretarial services, ensuring tax and regulatory complianceConducting various monthly and daily reconciliations across different ledgersAddressing ad hoc requirements and providing financial information on an as-needed basisPreparation of UAE VAT-compliant sales invoicesCollaborating with the Finance Manager on various automation initiativesSupporting the Finance Manager in contract negotiationsRevamping the payable functionAssisting the Finance Manager in ensuring the timely processing of payrollWhat You Will Need For This PositionMore than 3 years of progressive experience in financeCA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)Experience in working with multinational companies across multiple regions is advantageous Key MetricsMeeting reporting deadlinesCreating dynamic reportsComplianceWho You'll Be Working with:Directly reporting to our Finance Manager, and closely working with our Finance and Operations Team.About The TeamOur team is collaborative, positive, curious, and engaged.
