Esteemed guests are welcome to relax and unwind in a quiet and elegant setting in the resort and enjoy a genuine experience of leisure, pleasure, and successful meetings.Join our motivated and vibrant Team and build your career with us.Job DescriptionEnsure the security, safety and high standards of care within the program at all times.Ensure program policies, procedures and health guidelines are being adhered to at all times.Maintain a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness at all times.Regularly monitor supplies, replenish from stores and let manager know before the supplies run out so that more can be ordered.Helps monitor the condition of the facilities and informs manager of necessary repairs or replacements.Immediately notify the manager of all incidents, issues, guest complaints and suggestions.Attend to any problems immediately and escalate to manager.Always maintain professional and positive relationships with work colleagues, parents and children, keeping in mind difference in backgrounds, cultures and individual personalities.Speak English at all times while in the work place unless speaking to a guest who speaks the same language.Consistently recognizes parents and children by name, always giving a great first impression to every parent, child and other staff members.Actively promote and encourage participation of guests and club members in activities and events.Oversee and assist in the delivery of the program and activities.Use initiate to come up with new ideas and suggestions to further improve the kids club.Supervise all areas ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.Motivate and encourage staff to ensure their best performance.QualificationsAt least a vocational high school certificate or a related field or equivalent experience.Proven experience in entertainment/kids club or the same role within the hotel industry.Knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and guest expectations.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.A minimum level of 3 languages (Russian, Italian, German, etc) is a plus to communicate with guests and employees.Additional InformationThis is a pre-opening role.
