Description

3+ of proven work experience as a UI/UX designer Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a variety of digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user requirements and develop user-centered designs Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions Communicate design decisions and design specifications to development teams Identify and troubleshoot UX problems. Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research and testing. Experience working within established design systems and continually evolving them to keep up with the ever changing product landscape
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to move quickly to prove out ideas, and a learning mindset. Strategic problem solving skills and the capacity to distill complex information into meaningful concepts or ideas Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and tools An openness to feedback and critique and a willingness to provide options and iterate on designs

Requirements

Bachelor Degree. A keen eye on detail. Excellent Communication skills.* Excellent written and spoken English.
