Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge infrastructure in one of the fastest-growing cities in the Middle East.
Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local building codes
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and technical drawings
Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution
Analyze and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in construction engineering
Experience with project management and scheduling techniques
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as needed
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in site engineering or construction management
Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
