Job description: Job Purpose Oversees the successful implementation of BIM Technology and related processes and serve as the head of MEP BIM team during all phases of the project. Role Accountability Developing and implementing BIM strategies and plans for projects, including defining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.Lead and manage MEP BIM team operations as the head of MEP BIM Coordinators.Leading and mentoring the MEP BIM team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their BIM capabilities and ensure efficient project execution.Ensuring that the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) covers all project requirements.Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather necessary information and incorporating it into the BEP.Overseeing and managing the BIM Execution Plan, which outlines the BIM deliverables, responsibilities, and objectives for the project team.Ensure adherence to BIM standards, quality control, and project requirements.Assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, providing training on BIM tools and workflows, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and knowledge to meet project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate the benefits and value of BIM, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their requirements are met.Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure BIM models and deliverables meet the defined standards and specifications.Conduct regular reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues in BIM models.Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related communication within the organization.Allocate resources effectively and optimize BIM software utilization.Develop and maintain BIM standards and best practices. Academic Qualification Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
