Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact:· Integrity· Outstanding value to markets and clients· Commitment to each other· Strength from cultural diversity During your tenure as a Managers in the AI & Data team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:Lead solutioning and provide data science services to clients worldwideFrame the business problem and assess client demands to suggest data science methods that provide practical, value-added answersDevelop solutions that bring critical insights to wide scale of different problems such as targeting customers and segmenting markets, product design, marketing optimization, demand forecasting and brand valuation, profit and price analyses, and fraud detectionDevelop, prototype and test machine learning algorithms on data sets that can range from a few data points to billionsCombine domain expertise to perform feature engineeringPrepare various sources of data using data wrangling methods in Python, R and SQL, leveraging infrastructure including Cloud computing solutions and relational database environmentsKeep abreast of new and current statistical methodologies, machine learning and data wrangling techniques.Where appropriate, train other team members to support the use of data analytics tools Leadership capabilities:· Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact.· Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent· Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track· Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills· Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business· Ability to lead a project and deliver value Qualifications:· Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data and Analytics is a must· An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering; MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus· Experience with deep learning tools such as Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet is a plus· Experience with Git and Docker is desired· Examples of domain expertise in which we are interested is: predictive modeling, churn analysis, time series forecasting, recommender systems, market basket analysis, segmentation, natural language processing and text analytics· Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours· Willingness to travel (required)· Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic· Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
