VP of Product / Senior Product Director - IT Company

Our client leading multinational AI software company, committed to advancing the state of the art in AI research, developing scalable and affordable AI software platforms that benefit businesses, people and society as a whole, while attracting and nurturing top talents to shape the future together. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Product or Senior Product Director to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of new product development, strategic roadmap planning, product operations, market analysis, and operations in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's product strategy, including defining product vision, identifying market opportunities, and assessing competition.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to prioritize features, allocate resources effectively, and deliver successful product launches.
• Oversee market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives, ensuring a balance between short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with executive leadership to communicate product strategies, updates, and insights, and contribute to overall company direction and vision.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products in high-tech and AI industries, with experience in both startup and multinational corporation environments.
